Farmer’s Almanac Calls for SNOW!
Tuesday, November 6th, 2007Time to prep your snowmobiles! There are a lot of us who check the Farmers’ Almanac to get a feel for what winter will bring us. If snow is on the way I want me as a rider, and my snowmobile to be ready. That means having my snowmobile helmet, snow gloves, and all the necessary snowmobile parts all ready and waiting. Just add snow and I’m ready to roll. Hitting the snowmobile trails in the highlight of winter in Michigan and certainly is the cure for cabin fever and winter depression.

From the horses’ mouth:
The 2008 Farmers’ Almanac long-range forecasts are calling for colder than normal conditions for the eastern half of the country – chiefly those areas east of the Mississippi –with snowier than normal conditions expected.
Last year they were right when the snow hit late and hard. My family had a great time running the trails in February and we look forward to snowmobiling this year too. We hope you do too and that you’ll be prepared when the snow gets here. Make sure you’ve got your rides and your riders ready this season so you can make the most out of the snow while it’s here!
